International delivery time: 5 - 7 working days = $9.95 per order
Orders are sent via Royal Mail from the UK
All items require a signature on delivery

customs and duty:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
To check out your duty/customs rates, please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
Please bear in mind that your order can be delayed in customs due to import checks. sea sage has no control over this.
Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
In accordance with EU (Distance Selling) Regulations, returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. We recommend that items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Conditions where a return or exchange cannot be granted:
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
When returning an item, this item is your responsibility until it is received back by sea sage. Please insure your returned item to prevent any damage, along with considering a traceable shipping service. sea sage will not be liable for packages lost in transit.
