Your Order:
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you complete with transaction and order reference numbers. sea sage monitors prices and website on a daily basis. All prices are subject to change and currently displayed in USD ($).
Please note your email will not be used for any third party usage.

Payment:
Discover Card/Master Card/Visa/American Express
sea sage does not hold your credit or debit card data. You do not enter any card data into the sea sage website. Your card data and payment is processed through Stripe’'s secure server. 

Delivery:
UK delivery time : 3 - 5 working days = $4.95 per order
International delivery time: 5 - 7 working days = $9.95 per order
Orders are sent via Royal Mail from the UK
All items require a signature on delivery
Delivery time is not guaranteed
Please note that sea sage will not ship to a P.O Box for saftey reasons

Customs and Duty:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
To check out your duty/customs rates, please contact you local customs office for current charges before you order.
Please bear in mind that your order can be delayed in customs due import checks. sea sage has no control over this.

Return Policy:
Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at info@sea-sage.com no later than 7 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

They are certain conditions where a return or exchange cannot be granted:

-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When returning an item, this item is your responsibility until it is received back by sea sage. Please insure your returned item to prevent any damage, along with considering a traceable shipping service. sea sage will not be liable for packages lost in transit.
